The house lies in a beautiful garden with fruit trees and a swimming pool in the yard with greenery., which is why the apartments provide a tranquil, cozy and homelike atmosphere. Pebble beaches or nowadays not-in-use stone jetties can be reached by foot with the closest beach being 160 m far away from the apartment site. The clean and clear water as well as the secluded bathing areas are well-suited for families with young children and provide for the right amount of rest and recovery. Apartments
The apartments are located in a quiet and cozy area in the village of Prcanj, near the town of Kotor 160 m far from the sea. We offer 6 apartments with either one or two bedrooms and a kitchen, which of course is equipped with all the necessary appliances. Each apartment has a huge balcony with dining tables and sea view. Close to the apartments you will find small shops which offer everything necessary for a relaxing vacation, from food and cosmetics, to home appliances and accessories for swimming.
Location
In addition the center of Prcanj is also situated 400 m far away from the apartments and houses several cafes, restaurants and the impressive Birth of our Lady church which is listed in the UNESCO world heritage. There you can catch the bus, which in 10 to 15 minutes takes you to the Pearl of Boka Bay the town of Kotor, which embodies the historic spirit of this area. Kotor’s unique old town also a part of the world heritage harbors a historic market place, many churches, a beautiful promade, many restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops.
Architecture in Prčanj bears witness to its prosperity in the 17th and 18th centuries. The town’s waterfront consists of a long line of stone villas, unified by their beautiful facades and separated by gardens and olive orchards. The most impressive feat of architecture in Prčanj is the Birth of Our Lady church. It seems out of proportion to the number of inhabitants and took 120 years to build (1789–1909). It was designed by a Venetian architect Bernardino Maccaruzzi. The church has a monumental baroque facade with Corinthian and Doric columns and displays a collection of paintings and sculptures worthy of its size, including works by Piazzetta, Tiepolo, Balestra, Meštrović, and numerous other artists.
